    Ever since I have been doing home workouts, I have been looking for resistance bands that don't lose their elasticity and do not roll over, and I have finally found them! The resistance bands are not heavy themselves, and the fact that they are so many of them, means I can gradually increase the weight from one to the next. They are also bright and nice in color, and it is clear which one is weaker and which one is stronger! These resistance bands give more freedom than in the gym, as I can change my gym layout from one room to the next, and still have equipment to use.
